What to Know

Arrive Early

First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form and consultation. We'll talk through your goals, any injuries or pain points, and which modalities will work best for your session.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothing to and from your session. For Thai massage, bring or wear loose athletic wear so you can move through the stretches. For all table work — deep tissue, sports, medical, cupping — you'll be professionally draped with sheets throughout.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We're a small practice and your time slot was held just for you — short notice means we can't fill it.

What Happens at Your First Visit

1

Intake & Consultation

A short conversation about what brought you in — chronic pain, sports recovery, stress, mobility goals, or general maintenance. We'll ask about prior injuries, current medications, and any areas to avoid. This usually takes about 5–10 minutes and is included in your booked time.

2

Session Plan

Based on the intake, we agree on a plan — modality (deep tissue, sports, medical, Thai, cupping, or a combination), pressure preferences, and which areas to prioritize. You always set the pressure. If something doesn't feel right during the session, say so and we'll adjust.

3

The Session

You'll have privacy to undress to your comfort level (table work) or change into athletic wear (Thai). You're draped throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Sessions run the full booked length; no upselling, no clock-watching, no rushed last 10 minutes.

4

After Your Session

Hydrate. You may feel sore the next day if it was deep work — that's normal and resolves in 24–48 hours. We'll talk through what we found, what you might do at home, and whether a follow-up makes sense. No pressure to rebook on the spot.

Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

Most weekday slots can be booked 1–3 days out. Weekends and evening slots fill faster — book a week ahead to lock in your preferred time. If you don't see a time that works, send a message via the contact form and we'll try to accommodate.

Can I book recurring sessions?

Yes. Many clients book a standing weekly or bi-weekly slot for consistency — especially for chronic pain management, athletic recovery, or stress. Once you've had a first session, we can set up the recurring booking directly so you don't have to re-book each time.

Do you take insurance, HSA, or FSA?

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized receipts you can submit to HSA, FSA, or insurance for reimbursement if your plan covers therapeutic massage. Check with your plan before booking — coverage varies a lot.

What if I'm running late?

Text or call (406) 314-2490 as soon as you know. If we can fit you in for the remaining time, we will — but we won't run into the next client's slot, so a late arrival usually means a shorter session for the same fee. If you're going to miss it entirely, please give us 24 hours' notice when possible.

Do you offer mobile or in-home sessions?

Not currently. All sessions are at our Arlington, TX studio. The space is set up specifically for the modalities we offer — table, cupping equipment, Thai mat — and the quality of the session benefits from being here.

Where do I park?

Free on-site parking is available. Detailed directions and parking info are sent to your email after you book. The studio is centrally located in Arlington, easy to reach from Fort Worth, Mansfield, Bedford, Hurst, Grand Prairie, Pantego, and Kennedale.
