Every Session Includes
Honest, full-length sessions with no upsells. Here's exactly what's part of every booking, regardless of which modality or session length you choose.
A 5–10 minute conversation about your goals, current pain points, recent activity, prior injuries, and any areas to avoid. Included in your booked time, not added on top.
Mix and match within a single session — deep tissue on the back, cupping on the shoulders, Thai stretching for the hips. You're not locked into one technique.
If you book 60 minutes, you get 60 minutes of hands-on work. Intake, dressing, payment — all separate from your massage time.
Properly draped throughout. Only the area being worked is uncovered. You're never asked to do anything you're uncomfortable with.
If we find tension patterns or recurring issues, you'll leave with a few specific stretches, foam-roller cues, or movement tweaks tailored to what we worked on.
We won't push packages or sell you on a plan at the door. Book the next session when (and if) you're ready.
Modalities
All modalities are available at the same per-hour rate. We'll help you pick during your intake — or feel free to switch mid-session if something different would serve you better.
Slow, sustained pressure into the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue. Best for chronic tension, postural issues, and stubborn knots that surface-level work can't reach. Expect noticeable pressure; we adjust to your tolerance throughout.
Targeted work for athletes and active clients — pre-event prep, post-event recovery, or in-season maintenance. Combines deep tissue, stretching, and myofascial release based on your sport and current training load.
Focused on a specific complaint — sciatica, frozen shoulder, post-surgery scar mobility, recurring tension headaches. Treatment-oriented rather than relaxation-oriented; results from a course of sessions, not a one-off.
On-the-mat assisted stretching combined with rhythmic compression. You stay clothed in athletic wear. Excellent for hip mobility, full-body tension release, and clients who hold stress in places hands alone can't access.
Suction cups placed on tight or congested areas to lift tissue, increase blood flow, and break up adhesions. Often combined with deep tissue in the same session. Mild surface marks are normal and fade within a few days.
Most sessions end up being a mix. We start with what your body presents and adjust as we go — there's no rule that says you have to pick one technique and stick to it for 60 minutes.
